Since 1982, Sven VATH knew impose himself like a reference of techno music,he was one of the founder of legendary techno music labels like Harthouse and the now-defunct Eye Q. Later, SVEN SVATH built a techno and electronic music empire founding COCOON MUSIC & EVENT wich included his club in Frankfurt, the Ibiza Cocoon parties and his label Cocoon recording.

In the Mainroom other COCOON HEROES, Richie Hawtin.
The founder of the famous minimal label MINUS, is one of the pioneers of the second detroit techno wave, and knew impose himself like flag-waver for the underground Detroit scene.
Resident of the COCOON parties, Richie Hawtin will come back in Amnesia for his last session on September 19th.

One room, two Djs. Dubfire, will share the mainroom with Richie. Ari Shirazinia knew, after the sucess of his duo Deep Dish with his friend Sharam Tayebi, impose his own style Under a new stage name, more techno than progressive, Dubfire style is very different from the Deep Dish’s. Dubfire is also one of the residents of the COCOON parties and will come back to share shows with Richie Hawtin at september 19th.

WE LOVE SPACE the only weekly festival in ibiza, wich celebrate this year 13 years of parties reserve us a big line up today from 16H00 to 06H00. WE LOVE SPACE it's actually the largest party of the island.

The french Dj, Miss Kittin will be there for a 5 hours set in the space open terazza.

Miss Kittin knew impose herself like a real reference in the techno and electronic music world. Anecdotally, t’s Dj Hell the famous german electronic Producer, founder of the label International deejay gigolo records who signed her first track « Frank Sinatra » made with her friend and co-worker The Hacker in 1996. 5 years later, Dj Hell produce their « first » album.

She released her last EP « All you need » on the Berlin’s techno label Mobilee records this winter in january. In may, she declared at the parisian rex club interviewer who asking her about her next solo album, that it’s already made and finished but she prefers wait to release it and enjoying her djing and peacefull time before the begginning of a big international live tour. Who knows, maybe we’ll have some surprise tonight !

I WANT MY MTV IBIZA / friday August 19th in AMNESIA

Shake it ! hosted by I want my MTV Ibiza is coming back in the Main room of Amnesia this Friday. After inviting artist like James Holden, Marco Carola, Nina Kraviz or M.A.N.D.Y, the two English Djs Layo Paskin and Matthew Benjamin A.K.A Layo & Bushwacka invite for the second time Madga for a Shake it ! all night long session.

She’s actually coming back from Berlin for the third time of the season. The polish Dj is recently travelling all around the world to promote her album « From the Fallen Page » revealed on the german and minimal label MINUS in the fall of 2010.

She’s just created ITEMS AND THINGS her own label with her two friends and djs Marc Houle and Troy Pierce : « Items and things are bits and pièces of uniqueness we come across. The label is a Platform to launch the music that we love. There are no rules, just sounds we like and artist we believe in. »

The futures months see her continuing to expand her sound, as she takes roots in her Berlin studio to work on her forthcoming 2012 album project.

This duo founded in 2009 by the two djs and producers Arman Van Helden and A-Trak, just coming back of the Hard summer music festival in Los Angeles are discovering their live for the first time in Europe. Ibiza Sonica realiza un programa de radio desde una de las 3 villas que la firma Ibermaison tiene a la venta en Ibiza.

Descubrimos la otra cara de Ibiza a través de este show en el que Ignacio Aguado, director de Ibermaison nos explica los detalles de construcción y decoración de estas villas de diseño minimalista que ocupan la portada del número de Agosto de la revista Casa Viva.



Las villas han servido de escenario para foto-shootings y grabaciones de video clips musicales. El estudio de radio se ha ubicado en el porche de la vila. Un espacio con visibilidad 360º donde Valentin Huedo ha diseñado una sesión especial para este programa de radio.

Ven a las sesiones de Ibiza Sonica con Dj´s internacionales los Jueves por la tarde en Diesel Island Ibiza.

Desde el pasado 15 de julio la isla de Ibiza no volverá a ser lo mismo, Diesel ha creado una nueva nación, un lugar donde la utopía se convierte en realidad, donde la libertad, la playa, el sol y el agua del Mediterráneo convierten a la Diesel Island en S’estanyol Ibiza en un lugar de visita ineludible. Hablamos de un nuevo mundo, un lugar solo para los más valientes y los rematadamente estúpidos.

La Diesel Island en S’estanyol contó con la presencia de Berta Collado, Ana Fernández, Fernando Andina y Ricard Sales que, junto con otros 400 invitados, disfrutaron de las actuaciones en directo de Nightmares on Wax (UK) el DJ Set de DJinger Twiggy and Kiddy Smile (FR) y la sesión de DJ de Sónica FM (ES). S’estanyol gozó de una full moon party para el delirio de todos los asistentes, la luna llena acompañó la música y los bailes hasta que los invitados vieron amanecer.

La retransmisión contará con los comentarios del propio Carl Cox desde la cabina mientras pincha. Se emitirá en simultaneo en el player y en Ibiza Sonica hasta las 23:00.

A partir de esa hora se podrá seguir la transmisión a traves del facebook de Carl Cox.

Tenemos el placer de anunciaros la presentación en Ibiza del Proyecto I+D+i "GREEN GULLET", transformación de la Goleta Alania en un barco más sostenible y menos contaminante, que incluye la implantación del Sello de Prácticas Medioambientales dirigido por la Asociación NEREO , el Sello de Higiene Total dirigido por la empresa NAUTIEL y el Sello de Eficiencia Energética supervisado por la ingeniería ATLANTE, y en colaboración con las empresas: BIO SUN -SUNPOWER (Instalaciones foto voltáicas), RADIO RENE (Electrodomésticos bajo consumo) , ECOPORT (Recogida de residuos) ,

SORBCONTROL( Instalaciones recogida residuos) y DIN MULTIMEDIA (Creación web/soportes audiovisuales) .

Estas son algunas de las reformas y actuaciones que se han realizado en la Goleta Alania para reducir o eliminar la contaminación por CO 2, residuos, hidrocarburos, aluminios etc...:

1- Substitución de uno de los generadores por placas solares foto voltáicas en la cubierta superior unido
a un banco de baterías en sala de maquinas.
2- Substitución de todas las bombillas de servicios por luces LED de bajo consumo
3- Instalación de sistemas de decantación hidrocarburos en las bombas de achique
4- Instalación de nuevos paneles anti vibración en sala de maquinas y rediseño de la misma para reducir
consumo y emisiones de CO2.
5- Instalación de sistema Hydrohibrid en motor para reducción de emisiones de CO2 y fuel..
6- Instalación de maquina de ozono y eliminación total de residuos fósiles en sentina y sala de máquinas.
7- Eliminación de materiales y productos contaminantes y substitución por materiales y productos
ecológicos y/o biodegradables.
8- Instalación de electrodomésticos de bajo consumo y substitución inducción por cocina de gas
9- Creación de varias zonas de reciclaje a bordo
10- Implantación de protocolos medioambientales
11- Instalación de sistemas de ahorro de agua; perlizadores.



Los objetivos principales de este Proyecto de I+D+i es el de concienciar al resto de armadores de embarcaciones privadas y profesionales de la urgente necesidad de reducir la contaminación marina, aérea y terrestre que producen nuestros barcos . He sido testigo durante los últimos 20 años del deterioro del mar mediterráneo y en especial de sus costas, calas , fondos , playas etc... y si no somos capaces de cambiar nuestra forma de actuar en unos años navegaremos en un mar de medusas y plásticos.
